Designing UX Solutions is more than creating responsive digital artifacts. As a professional user experience designer, studying the problem-space is essential to understanding potential effective solutions. As Don Norman says, "A brilliant solution to the wrong problem can be worse than no solution at all: solve the correct problem.”

To solve the correct problem I rely on the double diamond design process to infuse each project I touch with research, data, skepticism, discovery, ideation, and refinement. Building method into a creative practice is essential to consistently producing truly comprehensive UX solutions substantiated by data and thorough process.
